17 people to be charged with 'affray' after series of fights break out at Charlotte school, CMPD says
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE) – CMPD tells FOX 46 Charlotte 17 individuals will be billed with ‘affray’ in relationship to a series of fights that broke out Thursday at a area higher faculty.
Affray implies an instance of preventing in a public location that disturbs the peace.
On Thursday, Nov. 18, officers responded to support a college source officer with studies of multiple fights on campus at Mallard Creek Significant Faculty about 11 a.m. A single human being was hurt in the course of the battle.
Mallard Creek Significant Principal Jennifer Dean named the fights “unacceptable behavior” in a concept to parents. Dean said the college was on a modified lockdown as officials investigated the incidents.
