18-year-old charged with statutory rape, manslaughter in untimely death of 14-year-old girl in north Charlotte
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE) – An 18-yr-aged is dealing with a slew of costs in link to the demise of a 14-calendar year-outdated woman Saturday afternoon in north Charlotte, according to CMPD.
