CMPD investigating two separate homicides Sunday in north Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, NC (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE) – Detectives are investigating two independent homicides that occurred on Sunday in north Charlotte, officers mentioned.

For the initially incident, officers responded to phone calls about gunshots about 12:30 a.m. Sunday around 6900 Aulton Link court in north Charlotte. A sufferer was found struggling from a gunshot wound and was pronounced lifeless on the scene.

The 2nd incident included a sufferer who endured apparent trauma. Officers arrived about 11 a.m. Sunday at a place close to 4500 Wynbrook Way, also situated in north Charlotte. The target was pronounced useless on the scene.

Victim products and services, operations command, CFD, the DA’s workplace, and CSI have been among the departments that responded to the scene.

There is no mention of any arrest in either scenario and both continue being lively investigations.

There are now 78 homicides so significantly this year.
