Deputies arrest man for sex assault at Mecklenburg County Courthouse
CHARLOTTE (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE) — Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Business office deputies arrested a male for a reported sexual assault of a feminine janitorial products and services employee at the Mecklenburg County Courthouse on Wednesday.
According to investigators, 24-12 months-aged Nazar Porter was billed with sexual battery. The target told deputies that she was cleaning a mirror in the men’s restroom on the fifth floor when she listened to the doorway open up and Porter was staring at her. Porter then proceeded to get her inappropriately.
