
Driver dies after losing control of vehicle and overturning in Lincolnton, troopers say
LINCOLNTON, NC (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE) – The driver of a car was killed after losing manage and overturning on a street in Lincoln County, the North Carolina Point out Highway Patrol reported Monday.
Troopers responded to phone calls pertaining to an accident around 8 a.m. Saturday around Buffalo Shoals Highway and Beal Road. Lincolnton resident Michael Walker, 60, was observed outdoors his car and was pronounced dead on the scene.
An initial investigation disclosed Walker missing regulate of the automobile, overcorrected, and then overturned various times right before colliding with a utility pole.
