Marissa Blair was the future witness to testify for the plaintiffs. She was protesting when defendant Fields drove his car or truck by way of the group. She was saved from getting hit by the auto when her fiancé, plaintiff Marcus Martin, pushed her out of the way.

She was unaware of what Antifa was in the course of the rally.

Following Blair, the jury read from Vanguard America’s social media manager and spokesperson, Thomas Rousseau. Regardless of his planning and presence at the rally, he is not a defendant in this scenario.
