CHESTERFIELD, S.C. (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE) — A Chesterfield relatives is outraged just after their 9-year-outdated granddaughter instructed them her Jefferson Elementary University principal gave her a toothbrush and cleansing supplies to clean the school bathroom right after she stuffed bathroom tissue in a toilet.
Her grandmother, grandfather, and Chesterfield’s NAACP President James Barber had fiery words and phrases for the university board.
“But what has been accomplished to my granddaughter I am a broken man,” the girl’s grandfather Buree Nivens explained even though confronting the school board.
“On Thursday, October 14, 2021, my granddaughter did something at college that would be insignificant at any other time or any other child. On that working day she admitted to the workers at her elementary faculty that she in fact made use of the restroom and stuffed the bathroom with tissue. My granddaughter a student of this county, 9-year-previous youngster was punished much more than 4 times later,” he claimed.

Nivens says he would not understand why this was accomplished to his granddaughter and why a harsher self-control was not handed down to the principal – the one particular who they allege issued the punishment.
The 9-calendar year-old’s grandmother also confronted the Chesterfield County college board through Monday’s conference.
