CHARLOTTE (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE) — Monday, Charlotte Mayor Vi Lyles kicked off her Racial Fairness Initiative by increasing $196 million dollars at Johnson C. Smith College. Company, community, basis, and individuals pledged this money to handle inequities in 4 principal locations in Charlotte.
