Parents arrested on child abuse charges for severely injuring twin baby boys

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (KDVR) – Two dad and mom in Colorado have been arrested Friday right after police say they seriously abused their twin 6-week-old boys.

The injuries investigators noticed on the boys incorporate cranium fractures, a spinal personal injury, leg fractures, rib fractures, genital accidents, burns and bruising around the confront, along with serious malnourishment.

One of the twins also analyzed positive for illegal narcotics, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Place of work.

Police arrested Jeremy Esposito, 34, and his wife, 28-yr-previous Jonelle Esposito, on rates of felony youngster abuse resulting in extreme bodily injury.

Deputies figured out of the abuse on Oct. 3 when they responded to a report from hospital personnel that a infant was brought in with severe injuries.
